1. How do I initiate a return or refund request?
To start a return or refund, contact our customer support at support@youngleapdeals.site or call +1 918 318 5599. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the process.

2. What is the time frame for returning a product?
You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Who pays for return shipping?
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Young Leap Deals covers the return shipping costs. For other reasons, such as change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. What items are non-refundable?
Items that are used, damaged, or altered outside of our guidelines are not eligible for refunds. Custom orders, clearance items, and final sale products are also non-refundable unless defective.

5. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product or size, please return the current item and place a new order.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.
